Family owned - Tania began life, raised on a farm and would cook for her family from the age of 12. She married a half belgian half frenchman she met in a restaurant traveling all over the world enriching her culinary knowledge and food cultures. She went on to own an international guesthouse, tea garden/ coffeeshop and a cheese factory in Malawi which all led to her opening Urban Fields.
Tania has a passion for combining farm and table and finds joy in seeing her customers sitting down having a hearty meal and enjoying the experience at Urban Fields.
