As our regulars would agree, the food standard is what keeps them coming back. All the meals are lovingly created in-house, fresh everyday using the best quality ingredients. 

Clean and low cholesterol ostrich meat is smoked in a hand-built smoker. Eggs and poultry come from free range chickens and angus beef is grass fed, dry aged and hormone free. Our cheeses are produced with milk from our farm friendly cows and goats on our property with our Goat's Pepper Feta winning best in category at the South African Dairy Championships. High quality, organic vegetables supplied by local specialty greengrocer. Finally, Eureka Mills stone ground flour is what our famous sourdough breads and wood fired pizzas are hand crafted from.
